Instructions
  1. Combine all Cure ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Score the ham in a diamond pattern, about 1/4 inch deep.
  3. Rub the Cure mixture all over the ham, ensuring it gets into the scores.
  4. Place the ham in a large resealable bag or container and refrigerate for 24-48 hours, turning occasionally.
  5. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  6. Combine all Glaze ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
  7. Place the ham in a roasting pan with 1 cup of water.
  8. Brush the ham with half of the Glaze.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes per pound, basting with the remaining Glaze every 30 minutes.
  10. Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
