Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 8x8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Dry Ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Wet Ingredients.
  4. Add Wet Ingredients to Dry Ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Stir in the diced Bacon.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and the top is golden brown and crackly.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
