Cracklin’ Cornbread

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 8x8 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine all Dry Ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all Wet Ingredients.
- Add Wet Ingredients to Dry Ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Stir in the diced Bacon.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and the top is golden brown and crackly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

Instructions
