Cranberry Wild Rice Flatbread
A slightly more refined flatbread with the addition of creamy brie cheese and fragrant rosemary, complementing the cranberry and wild rice.

A slightly more refined flatbread with the addition of creamy brie cheese and fragrant rosemary, complementing the cranberry and wild rice.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Lightly grease a baking sheet with Flatbread Dough Olive oil.
- Stretch or roll out the pizza dough to a 12x16 inch rectangle and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, combine the Cooked wild rice blend, Whole berry cranberry sauce, Toasted walnuts, Maple syrup, and Fresh rosemary.
- Spread the Filling evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Arrange the Brie cheese slices over the Filling.
- Sprinkle with Black pepper.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the brie is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
