2 tbsp Olive oil-extra virgin
1 cup Cooked wild rice blend
1/2 cup Whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 cup Toasted walnuts-chopped

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking sheet with Flatbread Dough Olive oil.
  3. Stretch or roll out the pizza dough to a 12x16 inch rectangle and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the Cooked wild rice blend, Whole berry cranberry sauce, Toasted walnuts, Maple syrup, and Fresh rosemary.
  5. Spread the Filling evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  6. Arrange the Brie cheese slices over the Filling.
  7. Sprinkle with Black pepper.
  8. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the brie is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
