Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine all Filling ingredients until well blended.
  2. Lay out wonton wrappers on a clean surface.
  3. Place about 1 teaspoon of Filling in the center of each wrapper.
  4. Brush the edges of the wrapper with water.
  5. Fold the wrapper over to form a triangle, pressing firmly to seal. Ensure edges are completely sealed.
  6. Heat Peanut Oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Fry wonton bombs in batches for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  9. Arrange wonton bombs on a serving platter and drizzle with Balsamic Glaze.
  10. Garnish with extra chopped chives.
