Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all Filling ingredients until well blended.
- Lay out wonton wrappers on a clean surface.
- Place about 1 teaspoon of Filling in the center of each wrapper.
- Brush the edges of the wrapper with water.
- Fold the wrapper over to form a triangle, pressing firmly to seal. Ensure edges are completely sealed.
- Heat Peanut Oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry wonton bombs in batches for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Arrange wonton bombs on a serving platter and drizzle with Balsamic Glaze.
- Garnish with extra chopped chives.
