Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roast Jalapeños until slightly charred, then seed and dice.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all Cheese ingredients, Roasted Jalapeños, Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, and Pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  5. While the dip is baking, crisp the Prosciutto: Lay Prosciutto slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until crispy. Let cool and crumble.
  6. Garnish the baked dip with crumbled Prosciutto and Fresh Chives. Serve immediately with Artisan Tortilla Chips.
