Spread Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and browned, flipping halfway through.
While Brussels sprouts are roasting, cook Bacon from the Bacon ingredient group in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside, leaving bacon grease in the skillet.
Reduce heat to low. Add Butter from the Sauce ingredient group to the skillet and melt. Stir in Heavy Cream and Parmesan Cheese from the Sauce ingredient group. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
