Instructions
- Season Chicken with salt and pepper.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- To make the noodles: Combine flour and eggs in a bowl. Knead until smooth. Rest for 30 minutes. Roll out thinly and cut into noodles.
- Cook Noodles in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat.
- Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
- Gradually whisk in Chicken stock until smooth.
- Bring to a simmer, then stir in Heavy cream and Garlic.
- Add Chicken to the Sauce and cook until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in cooked Noodles, Truffle oil, and Parmesan cheese. Heat through.
- Serve immediately.
