Instructions
  1. Season Chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. To make the noodles: Combine flour and eggs in a bowl. Knead until smooth. Rest for 30 minutes. Roll out thinly and cut into noodles.
  4. Cook Noodles in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  5. In a large saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat.
  6. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
  7. Gradually whisk in Chicken stock until smooth.
  8. Bring to a simmer, then stir in Heavy cream and Garlic.
  9. Add Chicken to the Sauce and cook until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  10. Stir in cooked Noodles, Truffle oil, and Parmesan cheese. Heat through.
  11. Serve immediately.
