Instructions
  1. Season Chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Heat Olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown Chicken, then set aside.
  4. Cook Noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt Butter over medium heat.
  6. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
  7. Gradually whisk in Chicken broth until smooth.
  8. Bring to a simmer, then stir in Heavy cream and Garlic.
  9. Add Chicken and Herbs to the Sauce and cook until heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
  10. Stir in cooked Noodles and heat through.
  11. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley.
