Instructions
- Season Chicken with salt and pepper.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat Olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown Chicken, then set aside.
- Cook Noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt Butter over medium heat.
- Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
- Gradually whisk in Chicken broth until smooth.
- Bring to a simmer, then stir in Heavy cream and Garlic.
- Add Chicken and Herbs to the Sauce and cook until heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in cooked Noodles and heat through.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley.
