Spread Artisanal Sea Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips evenly on a baking sheet.
Prepare Dill Crème Fraîche: In a small bowl, combine Crème Fraîche, Fresh Dill, Lemon Juice, and White Pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Prepare Gruyère Cheese Sauce: In a medium saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux. Gradually whisk in Whole Milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Reduce heat to low and stir in Gruyère Cheese and Nutmeg until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
Pour Gruyère Cheese Sauce over the Potato Chips.
Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until sauce is bubbly.
Top with Prosciutto, Cherry Tomatoes, and Fresh Chives.
Dollop with Dill Crème Fraîche and serve immediately.
