Creamy Ranch Pasta Salad
A sophisticated pasta salad featuring grilled chicken, creamy avocado, artisanal pasta, and a homemade ranch dressing.

A sophisticated pasta salad featuring grilled chicken, creamy avocado, artisanal pasta, and a homemade ranch dressing.
Instructions
- Marinate Chicken with Olive oil and Smoked paprika for 15 minutes.
- Grill Chicken until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C). Let cool and dice.
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water; set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine all Vegetables and Grilled chicken.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Gently fold in Avocado.
- Pour Sauce over pasta and vegetables. Toss to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
