Instructions
- In a shallow dish, combine all Chicken ingredients.
- In a separate shallow dish, place Panko bread crumbs.
- Dip each chicken tender into the flour mixture, then into the Panko bread crumbs, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Heat Vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While chicken is frying, combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Remove chicken tenders from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Pour the Sauce over the chicken tenders and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately.
