Instructions
  1. In a shallow dish, combine all Chicken ingredients.
  2. In a separate shallow dish, place Panko bread crumbs.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the flour mixture, then into the Panko bread crumbs, ensuring it's fully coated.
  4. Heat Vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. While chicken is frying, combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
  7. Remove chicken tenders from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  8. Pour the Sauce over the chicken tenders and toss to coat evenly.
  9. Serve immediately.
