Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Chicken ingredients (except tenders). Add tenders, ensuring they are fully submerged. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  2. In a shallow dish, place Panko bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese, mixing well.
  3. Remove chicken tenders from marinade and dredge in the Panko mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
  4. Heat Canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. While chicken is frying, combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
  7. Remove chicken tenders from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  8. Pour the Sauce over the chicken tenders and toss to coat evenly.
  9. Serve immediately.
