Creamy Tuna Casserole
A comforting and easy-to-make tuna casserole, perfect for a weeknight meal. This version uses simple ingredients and a classic creamy sauce.

Egg Noodles
2 cans (5 oz each)
Tuna-in water, drained
1/4 cup
Butter
1/4 cup
All-purpose Flour
2 cups
Milk

A comforting and easy-to-make tuna casserole, perfect for a weeknight meal. This version uses simple ingredients and a classic creamy sauce.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook Pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1 minute, creating a roux.
- Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Stir in Peas, Cheddar Cheese, Salt, and Pepper. Remove from heat.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked Pasta, Tuna, and Sauce. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle with Crushed Potato Chips.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
