Instructions
  1. Marinate Shrimp: Combine all Shrimp Marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add Shrimp and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare Lemongrass-Coconut Cream: In a saucepan, combine Coconut Milk, minced Lemongrass, grated Ginger, and Red Pepper Flakes. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve and set aside.
  3. Prepare Creole Spice Blend: Combine all Creole Spice Blend ingredients in a small bowl.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Brush both sides of Brioche slices with Clarified Butter.
  6. Toast Brioche until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Remove Shrimp from marinade and pat dry. Toss Shrimp with Creole Spice Blend.
  8. Sear Shrimp: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear Shrimp for 1-2 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
  9. Spread a generous layer of Lemongrass-Coconut Cream on each toasted Brioche slice.
  10. Arrange seared Shrimp evenly on top of the Cream.
  11. Sprinkle with Black Lime Powder and garnish with Micro Cilantro.
