Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Add Shrimp and marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine all Creole Spice Blend ingredients.
  3. Prepare Sriracha Aioli: Combine all Sriracha Aioli ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Brush both sides of Bread slices with Olive Oil.
  6. Toast Bread until golden brown and crispy, about 7-10 minutes.
  7. Remove Shrimp from marinade and pat dry. Toss Shrimp with Creole Spice Blend.
  8. Spread a generous layer of Sriracha Aioli on each toasted Bread slice.
  9. Arrange Shrimp evenly on top of the Aioli.
  10. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until Shrimp is pink and cooked through.
  11. Garnish with chopped Thai Basil and serve with Lime Wedges.
