  1. Cook Bacon until crispy. Let cool, then crumble finely.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine Chicken with flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Ensure chicken is fully coated.
  3. Prepare Sauce by combining mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl. Mix well.
  4. Heat Vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry Chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove Chicken from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  7. Immediately press crumbled Bacon onto the hot, fried Chicken, ensuring it adheres well.
  8. Serve hot with Sauce for dipping.
