Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients and marinate the Chicken for at least 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Breading ingredients.
- Remove Chicken from the marinade and dredge in the Breading mixture, ensuring each piece is fully coated.
- Heat Vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the breaded Chicken in batches for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Ensure the oil temperature remains consistent.
- Remove nuggets and place on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
- While nuggets are frying, prepare the Dipping Sauce by combining Mayonnaise and Dill pickle relish.
- Serve immediately with Dipping Sauce.
