Instructions
  1. Combine all Brine ingredients in a bowl and dissolve salt and sugar. Submerge Chicken in the brine for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain Chicken and pat dry. Combine all Marinade ingredients and marinate the Chicken for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine all Breading ingredients.
  4. Remove Chicken from the marinade and dredge in the Breading mixture, ensuring each piece is fully coated. Repeat the dredging process for extra crispiness.
  5. Heat Peanut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Fry the breaded Chicken in batches for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Maintain oil temperature.
  7. Remove nuggets and place on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
  8. While nuggets are frying, prepare the Dipping Sauce by combining Sour cream, Dill pickle relish, and Fresh dill.
  9. Serve immediately with Dipping Sauce.
