Instructions
  1. Flake the Salmon into small pieces using a fork.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Salmon, Rice, Egg, Panko breadcrumbs, and Seasoning. Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized squares or patties.
  4. Prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well and set aside.
  5. Heat the Vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Carefully place the Salmon squares in the hot skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve the Crispy Salmon Rice Squares immediately with the Lemon-Dill Sauce.
