Instructions
- Flake the Salmon into small pieces using a fork.
- In a large bowl, combine the Salmon, Rice, Egg, Panko breadcrumbs, and Seasoning. Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized squares or patties.
- Prepare the Aioli by combining all Aioli ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well and set aside.
- Heat the Olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Carefully place the Salmon squares in the hot skillet. Cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the Crispy Salmon Rice Squares immediately with the Lemon-Caper Aioli.
