Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken.
- Pour salsa over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours, or until chicken is easily shredded.
- Remove chicken from the crock pot and shred with two forks.
- Return the shredded chicken to the crock pot and mix with the remaining sauce.
- Warm taco shells or tortillas according to package directions.
- Fill taco shells or tortillas with chicken mixture and your favorite toppings like cheddar cheese, sour cream and shredded lettuce.
- Serve immediately.
