1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary-chopped

A more flavorful version of classic crockpot chicken and gravy, featuring fresh herbs and a richer gravy base.
Instructions
  1. Rub Chicken with Olive Oil, Salt, Black Pepper, Rosemary, and Thyme.
  2. Place Chicken in the crockpot.
  3. In a separate skillet, sauté Yellow Onion and Garlic in Butter until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Deglaze the skillet with Dry White Wine, scraping up any browned bits.
  5. Whisk in All-Purpose Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Gradually whisk in Chicken Broth and bring to a simmer, cooking until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Pour the sauce over the Chicken in the crockpot.
  8. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is very tender.
  9. Remove Chicken from the crockpot and set aside.
  10. Return Chicken to the crockpot and coat with gravy. Serve hot.
