1 pound Ground beef
1 packet Taco seasoning
1/2 cup Water
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Shredded lettuce

Classic tacos with a crispy, cheesy exterior and a savory ground beef filling. A family favorite that's quick and easy to make.
Instructions
  1. Brown the Ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Stir in the Taco seasoning and Water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the liquid has evaporated.
  3. Warm the Taco shells according to package directions.
  4. Sprinkle the Shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the outside of each taco shell.
  5. Place the cheese-covered taco shells under the broiler for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
  6. Fill each taco shell with the Beef Filling and top with Shredded lettuce, Diced tomatoes, and Sour cream.
