Crunchy Cheese-Crusted Tacos
Classic tacos with a crispy, cheesy exterior and a savory ground beef filling. A family favorite that's quick and easy to make.

Taco seasoning

Shredded cheddar cheese

Classic tacos with a crispy, cheesy exterior and a savory ground beef filling. A family favorite that's quick and easy to make.
Instructions
- Brown the Ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in the Taco seasoning and Water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the liquid has evaporated.
- Warm the Taco shells according to package directions.
- Sprinkle the Shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the outside of each taco shell.
- Place the cheese-covered taco shells under the broiler for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
- Fill each taco shell with the Beef Filling and top with Shredded lettuce, Diced tomatoes, and Sour cream.
