- Soften one rice paper wrapper at a time in warm water for a few seconds until pliable. Lay flat.
- Arrange a small amount of shredded duck confit, carrots, cucumber, mint, cilantro, and bean sprouts in the center of the rice paper.
- Tightly roll up the rice paper, ensuring the filling is secure.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately with Plum Sauce for dipping.
- Optional: Lightly pan-fry the rolls for extra crispness.
