  4. Arrange a small amount of shredded duck confit, carrots, cucumber, mint, cilantro, and bean sprouts in the center of the rice paper.
  5. Tightly roll up the rice paper, ensuring the filling is secure.
  6. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  7. Serve immediately with Plum Sauce for dipping.
  8. Optional: Lightly pan-fry the rolls for extra crispness.
