  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Corn Dog Batter ingredients until smooth. Be careful not to overmix.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Insert a mozzarella cheese stick into each hot dog.
  4. Dip each hot dog and cheese stick into the Corn Dog Batter, ensuring it's fully coated.
  5. Immediately coat the battered hot dog in the Crushed Cheetos, pressing gently to adhere.
  6. Carefully lower the corn dogs into the hot oil, frying for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove the corn dogs from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
