Instructions
- Make the Salted Caramel Sauce: In a saucepan, combine Granulated Sugar and Water. Cook over medium heat, without stirring, until amber in color.
- Carefully whisk in Heavy Cream and Butter. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in Sea Salt. Let cool slightly.
- Combine all Base ingredients in a blender.
- Add Brownie, Salted Caramel Sauce, and blend until mostly smooth, leaving some brownie pieces for texture.
- Pour into a glass and sprinkle with Flaky Sea Salt. Serve immediately.
