Instructions
- Wash and thoroughly dry the French Haricots Verts.
- In a shallow dish, combine all Crust ingredients. In another shallow dish, lightly beat the Eggs.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all Lemon-Dill Ranch Aioli ingredients. Set aside.
- Heat about 2 inches of Grapeseed Oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pot or deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Dip each Green Bean into the beaten Egg, then dredge in the Crust mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Carefully add the coated Green Beans to the hot oil in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pot.
- Fry for 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the fried Green Beans with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve immediately with the Lemon-Dill Ranch Aioli for dipping.
