Instructions
  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the French Haricots Verts.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine all Crust ingredients. In another shallow dish, lightly beat the Eggs.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together all Lemon-Dill Ranch Aioli ingredients. Set aside.
  4. Heat about 2 inches of Grapeseed Oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pot or deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Dip each Green Bean into the beaten Egg, then dredge in the Crust mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
  6. Carefully add the coated Green Beans to the hot oil in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pot.
  7. Fry for 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove the fried Green Beans with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  9. Serve immediately with the Lemon-Dill Ranch Aioli for dipping.
