Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all Crab Mixture ingredients. Mix gently to combine.
  3. Unfold the Puff Pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Cut the puff pastry into 24 equal squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the Crab Mixture in the center of each square.
  6. Fold the corners of each square towards the center, pinching to seal. Alternatively, fold over to create a triangle.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together the Egg Wash ingredients.
  8. Brush the tops of the crab puffs with the egg wash.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  10. Serve warm.
