Instructions
  1. Place Eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Drain the hot water and immediately rinse Eggs under cold water until cool enough to handle. Peel the Eggs.
  3. Halve the Eggs lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks to a bowl.
  4. Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth. Add the Mayonnaise, Dijon Mustard, Chives, Dill, Smoked Paprika, Salt, and Black Pepper to the bowl with the yolks.
  5. Mix all Filling ingredients until well combined and creamy.
  6. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the Egg white halves.
  7. Sprinkle with Smoked Paprika and Chives for garnish. Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
