Add the Holy Trinity to the pot and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 8-10 minutes.
Stir in the Cajun Seasoning, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, and Salt. Cook for 1 minute more.
Add the rice to the pot and stir to coat with the vegetables and spices.
Pour in the Chicken Broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through.
Return the Chicken Livers to the pot and stir to combine. Heat through for 5 minutes.
Garnish with Fresh Parsley before serving.
