Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Marinate the Steak: In a bowl, combine sliced Sirloin Steak with Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, and Garlic Powder. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and stir in Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper, and Black Pepper until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
  4. Prepare the Steak Filling: Heat Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated Sirloin Steak and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Add Onion and Green Bell Pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Stretch or roll out Pizza Dough to desired thickness and place on a pizza pan.
  6. Spread Cheese Sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
  7. Top with Steak Filling and Provolone Cheese.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
