Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, gently combine all Crab Mixture ingredients. Be careful not to overmix.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  3. In a food processor or blender, combine all Aioli ingredients and blend until smooth. Set aside.
  4. Heat Butter and Vegetable Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Carefully place crab cakes in the hot skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and heated through.
  6. Serve immediately with Roasted Red Pepper Aioli.
