Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Arrange Bread in the prepared baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all Eggnog Custard ingredients until well combined.
- Pour Eggnog Custard evenly over the Bread, pressing down gently to ensure the bread is soaked.
- Let stand for 15-20 minutes to allow the bread to absorb the custard.
- In a small bowl, combine Brown sugar and Melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the bread pudding.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and set. Let cool slightly before serving.
