Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Arrange Bread in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together all Eggnog Custard ingredients until well combined.
  4. Pour Eggnog Custard evenly over the Bread, pressing down gently to ensure the bread is soaked.
  5. Let stand for 15-20 minutes to allow the bread to absorb the custard.
  6. In a small bowl, combine Brown sugar and Melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the bread pudding.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and set. Let cool slightly before serving.
