Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Arrange Bread in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together all Eggnog Custard ingredients until well combined.
  4. Pour Eggnog Custard evenly over the Bread, pressing down gently to ensure the bread is soaked.
  5. Let stand for 30 minutes to allow the bread to absorb the custard.
  6. While the bread is soaking, make the Bourbon Caramel Sauce: In a saucepan, melt Sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until amber in color. Carefully whisk in Heavy cream and Butter. Stir in Bourbon and Salt. Remove from heat.
  7. Pour Bourbon Caramel Sauce evenly over the bread pudding.
  8. Sprinkle Pecan pieces over the top.
  9. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until golden brown and set. Let cool slightly before serving.
