In a large skillet or wok, heat Sesame Oil over medium-high heat.
Add Onion and Garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
Add Broccoli Florets and Red Bell Pepper and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add Cooked Shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
Push the vegetables and shrimp to one side of the skillet. Add Cooked Jasmine Rice to the other side and cook for 2-3 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula.
Combine the rice, vegetables, and shrimp. Pour Sauce over the mixture and stir well to combine.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through.
Divide the fried rice into bowls and top with Feta Cheese, Parsley, and Green Onions.
Serve immediately.
