A more flavorful version of Flamin’ Hot Cheese Burrito Logs, incorporating chorizo for a savory kick and a homemade spicy seasoning blend.

Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup
Cooked chorizo-crumbled
1/4 cup
Diced pickled jalapeños

A more flavorful version of Flamin’ Hot Cheese Burrito Logs, incorporating chorizo for a savory kick and a homemade spicy seasoning blend.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine all Cheese Filling ingredients and mix well.
- In a small bowl, combine all Spicy Seasoning ingredients.
- Lay out tortillas and spread approximately 1/2 cup of the Cheese Filling down the center of each tortilla.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the burrito logs with melted Butter.
- Sprinkle generously with Spicy Seasoning.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
