Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all Fritter Base ingredients. Mix well until just combined – do not overmix.
- Heat about 1 inch of Vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the corn mixture into the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd the skillet.
- Fry for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove fritters from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve immediately.
