Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all Fritter Base ingredients. Mix well until just combined – do not overmix.
  2. Heat about 1 inch of Vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the corn mixture into the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd the skillet.
  4. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove fritters from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  6. Serve immediately.
