Instructions
  1. Prepare the Breading: In a shallow dish, combine all Breading ingredients.
  2. Prepare the Ranch Dust: In a small bowl, combine all Ranch Dust ingredients and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Slaw: In a medium bowl, combine all Slaw ingredients and set aside.
  4. Cut the Avocados: Cut the Avocados into wedges.
  5. Bread the Avocado: Dredge each Avocado wedge in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with panko bread crumbs.
  6. Fry the Avocado: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the Avocado wedges until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Warm the Tortillas: Warm the Corn tortillas according to package directions.
  8. Assemble the Tacos: Place a few fried Avocado wedges in each tortilla. Top with Slaw and your favorite taco toppings. Sprinkle generously with Ranch Dust.
  9. Serve immediately.
