Instructions
  1. Caramelize Onions: Heat Olive oil and Butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add Yellow onion and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until deeply golden brown and caramelized.
  2. Fry Bologna slices in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes per side, until crispy.
  3. Toast Sourdough bread slices.
  4. Assemble the sandwich: Spread a thin layer of Balsamic glaze on one slice of toasted Sourdough bread. Layer with fried Bologna, caramelized Onions, and shredded Gruyère cheese. Top with the other slice of toasted Sourdough bread.
