1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil

Instructions
  1. Cook Sun Noodles Ramen according to package directions, but slightly undercook them. Drain well and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine Ground Wagyu Beef, Soy Sauce, and Sesame Oil. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Prepare Black Garlic Aioli: In a small bowl, combine Mayonnaise, minced Black Garlic, and Lemon Juice. Mix well and set aside.
  4. Heat Grapeseed Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Place a slice of Gruyere Cheese in the hot oil. Immediately top with a portion of the seasoned Ramen Noodles and then a portion of the Wagyu Beef mixture, pressing down gently to form a taco shape.
  6. Fry for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  7. Remove fried Ramen Tacos from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  8. Top with Microgreens and Black Sesame Seeds. Serve immediately with a side of Black Garlic Aioli for dipping.
