Instructions
  1. To make the Pasta Dough, combine the Flour and Salt in a bowl. Create a well in the center and add the Eggs and Olive oil. Mix until a dough forms. Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes.
  2. While the dough rests, prepare the Filling by combining the Nutella and chopped Hazelnuts in a bowl.
  3. Roll out the Pasta Dough thinly using a pasta machine or rolling pin. Cut into 3-inch squares.
  4. Place 1 teaspoon of Filling in the center of each square. Moisten the edges with water and fold over to form a triangle, pressing firmly to seal.
  5. Heat the Peanut oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  6. Fry the ravioli in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  7. Drain on paper towels.
  8. Combine the Powdered sugar and Vanilla bean seeds in a small bowl. Dust the fried ravioli with the Vanilla Bean Sugar before serving.
