Instructions
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. To make the Vanilla Wafer Crumble, pulse the Vanilla wafers in a food processor until finely crushed. Stir in the melted Unsalted butter.
  3. Melt the High-quality white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
  5. Sprinkle the Vanilla Wafer Crumble evenly over the melted chocolate.
  6. Arrange the sliced bananas over the crumble.
  7. Dollop the Homemade whipped cream over the bananas.
  8. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
  9. Break the bark into pieces and serve.
