6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
6 tbsp Melted butter
1/4 cup Granulated sugar
24 oz Cream cheese-softened
1 cup Granulated sugar

A simple and delicious cheesecake bar with a crunchy cereal crust, perfect for a quick dessert.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all Cereal Crust ingredients in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the Cream cheese and Granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add Vanilla extract and Eggs, beating until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour the Cheesecake Filling over the Cereal Crust.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set around the edges but still slightly jiggly in the center.
  7. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
  8. If desired, spread Strawberry jam over the cooled cheesecake before refrigerating.
