Instructions
  1. Prepare the Berry Puree: Combine the Organic Mixed Berries and Lemon Juice in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, until the berries have softened. Puree in a blender and strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all Yogurt Base ingredients and mix well until smooth.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Pour half of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly. Drizzle half of the Berry Puree over the yogurt and swirl gently.
  5. Pour the remaining yogurt mixture over the first layer and drizzle with the remaining Berry Puree. Create a marbled effect by swirling with a knife or toothpick, being careful not to overmix.
  6. Sprinkle the Organic Fruit Pebbles Cereal and Freeze-Dried Raspberry Crumbs evenly over the yogurt layer.
  7. Freeze for at least 3 hours, or until completely solid.
  8. Break the bark into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
