Instructions
  1. To make the Lavender Honey, combine Honey and Dried Lavender Buds in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve, discarding the lavender buds.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all Yogurt Base ingredients and mix well until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle the Topping evenly over the yogurt.
  5. Gently press the pistachios into the yogurt.
  6. Sprinkle with Flaky Sea Salt.
  7. Freeze for at least 3 hours, or until solid.
  8. Break into pieces and enjoy!
