Instructions
To make the Lavender Honey, combine Honey and Dried Lavender Buds in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve, discarding the lavender buds.
