2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Lemon Zest
1 cup Mixed Berries-sliced

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine all Yogurt Base ingredients and mix well.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly into a thin layer, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle the Berry & Seed Mix evenly over the yogurt layer.
  5. Gently press the seeds into the yogurt.
  6. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
  7. Break the bark into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
