Frozen Yogurt Bark With Berries
A slightly more sophisticated frozen yogurt bark with the addition of chia seeds and a touch of lemon zest for brightness.
2 cups
Plain Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp
Maple Syrup
1 tsp
Vanilla Extract
1 tsp
Lemon Zest
1 cup
Mixed Berries-sliced

A slightly more sophisticated frozen yogurt bark with the addition of chia seeds and a touch of lemon zest for brightness.
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all Yogurt Base ingredients and mix well.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly into a thin layer, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle the Berry & Seed Mix evenly over the yogurt layer.
- Gently press the seeds into the yogurt.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
- Break the bark into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
