Instructions
Prepare the Salted Caramel: Melt Granulated Sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Add Heavy Cream and Butter, stirring constantly. Simmer for 5 minutes, then stir in Sea Salt. Let cool.
Prepare the Meringue: Beat Egg Whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add Granulated Sugar, beating until stiff, glossy peaks form. Pipe onto a baking sheet in small dollops.
Torch the Meringue: Using a kitchen torch, lightly brown the meringue dollops.
Lay out 6 Chocolate Espresso Graham Crackers.
Spread a generous layer of Madagascar Vanilla Bean Frozen Yogurt onto each graham cracker.
Drizzle with Salted Caramel and sprinkle with chopped 70% Dark Chocolate.
Top with a torched meringue dollop.
Place another graham cracker on top of each to create a sandwich.
