Instructions
  1. Rinse the Rice in a bowl of cold water until the water runs clear. Drain well.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Rice and fresh Water.
  3. Add the Pork, Shiitake mushrooms, and Carrot to the rice pot.
  4. In a small bowl, combine all Seasoning ingredients, then pour it over the rice and vegetables.
  5. Bring the rice to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the water is absorbed.
  6. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes, covered.
  7. Gently fold in the Fuchiba.
  8. Serve hot.
