Instructions
- Rinse the Rice in a bowl of cold water until the water runs clear. Drain well.
- In a large bowl, combine the Rice and fresh Water.
- Add the Pork, Shiitake mushrooms, and Carrot to the rice pot.
- In a small bowl, combine all Seasoning ingredients, then pour it over the rice and vegetables.
- Bring the rice to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the water is absorbed.
- Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes, covered.
- Gently fold in the Fuchiba.
- Serve hot.
