2 tbsp Olive oil
1 Loaf Sourdough bread
1/2 cup Butter-softened
1 Head Roasted Garlic-squeezed

An indulgent garlic bread featuring the deep, sweet flavor of roasted garlic and the luxurious aroma of truffle oil. This is a sophisticated take on a classic.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. To roast garlic: Cut the top off the head of garlic, drizzle with Olive oil, wrap in foil, and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until soft and caramelized.
  3. Let the roasted garlic cool slightly, then squeeze out the cloves.
  4. In a bowl, combine all Garlic Butter ingredients until well blended.
  5. Slice the Sourdough bread in half lengthwise.
  6. Spread the Garlic Butter evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Slice and serve immediately.
